With over 24 years of experience in the construction and fire safety industry, I am a seasoned and versatile professional who can handle any project with efficiency and excellence. I have a GC license and a deep expertise in fire suppression systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, exit and emergency lights, first aid, and UL monitoring. I am passionate about delivering high-quality services and solutions that meet the needs and expectations of my clients and partners. I am also committed to fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and collaboration within my team and organization. As the VP of A1 Building Solutions and Fire Safety Consulting, I oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, from business development and contract negotiation to project planning and execution. I have successfully completed numerous projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional. Some of my notable achievements include securing and executing a large contract for the renovation and fire protection of a historic building in downtown Miami, implementing a new fire alarm system for a major hospital, and providing fire safety training and consultation for several schools and hotels. I leverage my skills in project management, communication, problem-solving, and leadership to ensure that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and on quality. I also mentor and coach my staff and subcontractors, and cultivate long-term relationships with clients and vendors.
