About Jesus Pedraza

With over seven years of work experience in education and leadership development, I am currently an instructor at the NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major Academy, where I teach courses on joint interagency, intergovernmental, and multinational operations. I hold a master's degree in lifelong learning and adult education from Penn State World Campus, and another master's degree in education from the University of Texas at El Paso. I also have strong data analysis and PowerPoint skills, which I use to create engaging and informative presentations for my students and colleagues. My mission is to empower NCOs with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed in their careers and contribute to the national security and defense. I am passionate about learning, teaching, and collaborating with diverse and talented professionals from different backgrounds and perspectives. I am always looking for new opportunities to grow, innovate, and make a positive impact in my field.
