About Jesus Vara

Since the beginning of my career in 1993, I have continuously served in IT consulting and technology companies, managing resources and platforms for leading companies. As Delivery Manager, I was responsible for the successful delivery of the SAP Project in the LAC South region. I had 12 program and project managers on my team. As an Entrepreneur, I had two companies running that generated 20 full-time employees. In the past, I started four other companies with different degrees of success. As a social worker, I have an NGO that is focused on teaching STEM to people of low incomes in Chile and participating in the FIRST Robotic Competition and WRO Robotics competition with these kids. As a maker, I am working on a new construction system to speed up the build of homes after natural disasters, and other crazy ideas. As a father, I have two teenagers whom I try to guide in this complex world to have their point of view, and show gratitude for all the things that they have.
