I am a bioinformatician with over seven years of experience in the field. My career has been a fascinating journey through various cutting-edge projects, ranging from RNAseq and single-cell RNAseq analyses to de novo genome assembly, genome annotation, and host transcriptomics. I thrive on exploring complex subjects like organoid research, universal primer detection, CRISPR-pooled screening, siRNA studies, microbiome and metagenomics investigations, as well as the development of pipelines for projects such as NGS targeted enrichment via probe capture hybridization, differential gene expression, gene set enrichment analysis, etc. In addition to my domain-specific expertise, I am well-versed in Python and have a good knowledge of machine learning. My passion lies in unraveling the biological mysteries encoded in complex data, and I'm committed to leveraging my skills, including Python and machine learning, to advance scientific discovery and innovation in the field of bioinformatics
