About Jet Win Ong

I am a quantitative finance graduate with an interest in building effective models and finding insights in the confusing world of finance. I started my career as an auditor, analyzing companies from the inside. After that, I worked in equity research, studying companies from the outside. Now, I want to use the skills and knowledge I've acquired, in conjunction with quantitative techniques, to draw insights for asset pricing and risk management. When I'm not on the job, I indulge in my desire to explore. Therefore, you'll often find me traveling, diving, hiking and playing games (read: RPGs). Professional Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA, Singapore) and CFA Level candidate Technical Skills: Python (including scikit-learn), Matlab, VBA, SQL, OxMetrix & Stata (statistics and econometrics software), R (Basic), Tableau, MS office, and LaTeX. Currently learning C++(self-study).
