I am a senior cardiac monitor technician at Zywie, Inc, where I use award-winning technology to evaluate hundreds of ECG strips and classify arrhythmias. I notify the appropriate parties of any unusual changes or events that may require urgent intervention. I also mentor junior technicians and help them improve their skills and accuracy. I have a CRAT certification and multiple skills in ECG/telemetry, medical terminology, and patient safety. Before joining Zywie, Inc, I worked at the renowned Grady Health Systems in Atlanta, GA, where I monitored more than 40 patients at a time in various units, including the burn unit and ICU. I completed a rigorous 8-week training program from Clinical Skills Training Center, Inc, where I learned to read and understand ECG leads, take vitals, and ensure patient care and safety. I also studied religion and religious studies at Georgia State University, where I developed my critical thinking and communication skills. I am passionate about cardiac monitoring and patient advocacy, and I constantly seek to learn new things and update my knowledge. I am a team player, a problem solver, and a leader, and I strive to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
