About Jevan Raghoobar

A passionate young environmental consultant and ecologist motivated towards helping energy developments advance while ensuring the environment and biodiversity is safeguarded. My double major in biology and ecology helps me understand environmental science at both the organism and ecosystem level. I have 3-years experience in the industry and enjoy every component of the job: fieldwork, partnering with clients, engaging stakeholders, conducting impact assessments and report writing. My ultimate aim is to contribute to a future of environmentally conscious development without neglecting the economic considerations that developments require. I am also doing my Masters of Science by Research at the University of the Sunshine Coast in exercise oncology - an emerging field investigating the relationship between exercise and cancer.
