My superpower is bringing structure to ambiguity, turning complexity into clarity. I’ve particularly built a reputation for communicating with empathy and precision, which has been valuable with establishing trust with both senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams on the ground. Most recently, I contributed to a large-scale transformation at Endeavour Group, helping reshape how Australia’s largest drinks retailer and hospitality group operates. My work spanned finance and ERP design through to customer experience and product uplift, with plenty of stakeholder wrangling along the way. Before that, I sharpened my consulting toolkit at Deloitte, advising public and private sector clients on everything from cost optimisation and operating models to digital enablement and business case development. What ties it all together? A genuine love of solving meaningful problems, building genuine relationships and creating momentum in complex environments, whether that’s in strategy, transformation, or customer-focused growth. Now based in London and open to new opportunities.
