About Jez Etherington

I’m passionate, entrepreneurial, and empathetic in everything I do. I thrive in situations with significant challenges to overcome and new projects to kick start. I spark with like-minded, purposeful people to make a difference in business, communities and lives. This has been my reality in a three-track parallel story, especially over the last 15-20 years: Business – I’ve successfully launched 'Professional Services' businesses, generating £50m + of revenues, and more latterly, building a reputation as one of the top niche UK businesses in Enterprise Architecture (Business and IT). Community – I’ve led, supported, and served in multiple projects, including a homeless drop-in, a young offenders' prison, and taking small teams to serve (teaching, building work, etc) in the Delhi slums. Well-Being - recovery projects, mentoring, coaching (fitness) No education to speak of, always rebellious, seeking adventure and finding lots of trouble back in the day. I've learned the hard way and overcome some pretty low times. I'm incredibly grateful for all of it and the character, skills and perspectives it's given me.
