About Jiahui Chen

As an HR leader with 13+ years of experience spearheading organization transformation initiatives, talent development programs, and continuous improvement projects, I draw on a strong leadership background, my relationship-building skills, and planning and execution expertise to enhance productivity and achieve operational excellence. The key to my success has been recruiting and retaining top talent. At Amazon Robotics, for instance, I supported the HR Internship Program for the North American region. To this end, I planned and implemented new training programs, engagement mixers, and whitepapers for this ten-week program. As a result, I not only built a pipeline comprising of high-performing candidates but also boosted overall experience, retention, and program recommendation. Throughout my career, I have built inclusive workplace cultures. For example, at Amazon Robotics, I drove the creation and supported eight affinity groups. I then offered HR support and developed activity tracking measures to ensure consistent monthly activities. Here’s a snapshot of my many other successes- STRATEGIC PLANNING: Reduced the attrition rate for associates from 3.1% to 1% by devising action plans to improve their coordination with leaders- PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Led a talent management review project and subsequent succession planning for leaders at Amazon Robotics- CHANGE MANAGEMENT CHAMPION: Earned the 2018 Human Resource Leadership Award for “Leading through Change” at Xantera Parks & Resorts. Another reason for my success is that I work closely with the senior leadership to align the company culture and hiring practices with business objectives. I also hold one-on-one executive coaching sessions with the senior leadership to boost organizational effectiveness.
