As an emerging UX professional with approximately two years of experience, I've made substantial contributions during my tenure as a UX Research and Design Intern at Westfield Specialty Insurance. In this role, I played a pivotal part in shaping an innovative online insurance submission management system, showcasing my adaptability and eagerness to contribute to impactful projects. Recently graduating from the Master's in Human-Computer Interaction program at the University of Maryland, I bring a fresh perspective coupled with a solid academic foundation in psychology from Lawrence University. Proficient in an array of essential tools, including Miro, wireframes, and prototypes, my skills were recognized with the Outstanding Design Project award in the competitive Info Challenge—a testament to my evolving expertise and innovative approach. Beyond technical skills, I've honed my collaborative abilities through working with diverse stakeholders on intricate user research projects. Having also served as a teaching assistant and volunteer, I am dedicated to both personal and team growth.
