About Jiangbo Hu
I been working in the field of early childhood education for 17 years including 7 years in China and 10 years in Australia. The working experiences in the two countries inspired my PhD study to focus on Australian Chinese children. I want to contribute to the wellbeing of Australian Chinese children by doing research on their language development in preschool years. I have completed a PhD project relating to Chinese children's language experiences in Australian early childhood centres by the end of 2014. I am looking forward to continue working in the research field of children learning English as an additional language.
