About Jianghe Chen

My time management skills are excellent and I'm organized, efficient, and take pride in excelling at my work. In both John Hancock and Whole Foods I like to arrive 15 minutes early so that i am fully prepared before I clock in. I am a fast learner and once I get going I amd quick and efficent, an example is learning the PLU's at Whole Foods, I am currently ranked as number 1 for my Items Per Minute. I see myself as a top performing employee in a well-established organization, like this one. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in (related) professional associations. Year Up has helped me to become a better person professionally and socially. I would recommend Year Up to any young adult eager to gain and experience the knowledge and understanding that comes through this program.
