I’m a community planner and urban policy researcher with a dual master’s from UCLA and SciencesPo, focused on participatory planning, resource mobilization, and inclusive urban governance. I’ve contributed to planning and policy projects in Jakarta, Tokyo, Guangzhou, Los Angeles, and Paris—bringing a global perspective to community-based work. My interests center around equitable development, spatial justice, and the systems that shape how resources and opportunities are distributed across urban contexts. I bring several years of research experience alongside long-term engagement in grassroots NGOs and education-focused nonprofits. My work has included supporting participatory planning, advancing access to education, and facilitating stakeholder partnerships across local and international settings. With multilingual fluency in English, French, and Mandarin, and a background in both political humanities and applied urban planning, I thrive in interdisciplinary spaces where policy meets people. I'm currently seeking opportunities in community development, urban governance, and research-driven public policy work in the U.S—particularly in New York City.
