About Jiaqi Yang

My technical background in Aerospace Engineering has differentiated me from the rest of the students in Management Science and Engineering at Columbia University. Various technical projects in my undergraduate study such as UAV Control and Collision Avoidance, Aircraft System design, and Decision Algorithms have greatly enhanced my programming skills, allowing me to process sophisticated and convoluted data problems using elegant and straightforward codes. Additionally, since the projects are all team-oriented, I have learned to collaborate with my team members to resolve differences in opinions peacefully and motivate everyone in the team toward a common goal. I believe that my programming and communication skills have not only prepared me for my graduate studies, but also for today's work workplace, where projects are mostly collaborative and data-driven.
