About Jigna Shah

In my role as Director of Software Engineering for Real-Time Payments, I bring together people, technology, and purpose to build the mission critical payment systems. I lead cross‑functional engineering efforts and guide the technology vision behind Real‑Time Payments platform, used by customers across international markets.What motivates me most is solving complex problems in a way that makes our systems scalable, secure, performant and resilient that supports national critical infrastructure of payments. I stay hands-on in the technology while also shaping long‑term strategy, making sure our engineering work stays tightly connected to the needs of the business.I work closely with our product, operations, risk, and compliance partner and with our customers to navigate the realities of highly regulated environments. Collaboration, clarity, and trust are at the heart of how I lead and how I deliver.
