Experienced and results-driven Global Payroll & Finance Professional, with over 15 years’ experience across end-to-end payroll processing, international operations, implementation of payroll systems, Integrations, and finance leadership. I’ve worked in hands-on and strategic roles—from Payroll Analyst and Processor to Payroll Manager, Interim Finance Manager, and most recently, Global Payroll Operations Specialist. This broad experience allows me to understand the detail while influencing at a senior level. Specialising in UK payroll, I’ve managed everything from system setup, processing and validation, RTI submissions, and HMRC compliance through to year-end reporting and reconciliations. I’ve also led multi-country payroll operations across EMEA, APAC, LATAM and the US, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery. I bring hands-on expertise in Workday and PeopleSoft, Sage, SAP, and have supported large-scale payroll transformation projects, system upgrades, and integration efforts. I'm passionate about building scalable payroll processes and bridging the gap between HR, Finance, and Technology.
