A Banking professional having 8+ years of proven work experience & performance track record at India's 3rd largest bank by business size. In the 1st year of being a Branch Manager I helped transform a loss making branch into INR 2.6 million profit generating branch within 6 months. Worked as Branch Manager at a branch having more than customers having more than accounts which helped me in specializing in working accurately and in a time efficient manner with large numbers of customers at a time. Profitability of that branch increased by 59% from CAD 1.30 million to CAD 2.08 million in the fiscal year 2019-20. As a banker I have dealt with people with diverse backgrounds, Income range and aspirations which has helped me in better understanding of human nature and its behavioral aspects. Although performance in Banking & Financial industry are mostly quantifiable but few things are beyond numbers. As a qualitative aspect of my performance, a lot of customers from my previous branch are still in contact with me. They still remember the tenure and occasionally visit me at my current Branch.
