Since January 2021, I have honed my skills at CMA CGM Global Business Services as a Senior Officer, where I efficiently manage shipping procedures, tackle logistical discrepancies, and optimize container movements. My expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of operational duties, from executing empty bookings in line with current terminal configurations to spearheading technological advances in manual and EDI processes. Communication and team leadership are part and parcel of my daily work. I passionately develop training materials and lead performance reviews to ensure our team not only meets but exceeds expectations in a dynamic market environment.
