Hello, I am Jignesh Rohit, have worked as Engineering Assistant (Mechanical)(2013 to 2022) at ONGC limited (a FORTUNE 500 company), Corcym Corp Canada (2022-present)(a medical device manufacturing company). A summary of my key responsibilities in my work with Corcym Corp canada include but were not limited to- Preventive Maintenance planning and executing -Documentation of work order in addition to data forms, additional test results, etc-Managing work orders in CMMS -developing and following SOPs-Continuous improvement initiatives - Initiatives for health and safety. A summary of my key responsibilities in my work with ONGC Ltd include but were not limited to, • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, repair, mechanical & electrical troubleshooting, assembling and dismantling of various mechanical accessories on stationary engines, air compressors, power generators, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Managing store supplies (i.e, mechanical parts, tools, supplies, and consumables) procurement, cost & time estimation, billing. • Performing safety checks (Fire hazard/Operation hazard/electric hazard) and issued Hot-work/Cold-work permits per the company's and government's safety guidelines. • Documentation of work, procedure, progress as per company's guidelines (Record keeping). • Read and understand Engineering Drawings (Blueprints) and manuals of equipment. • Adapting new techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and reduce process deficiencies to put forth the best possible outcome with minimum resources expended. • Managing/Supervising a multi-disciplinary team that perform installation, repair, periodic servicing, preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and dismantling of various mechanical equipment, stationary engines, air compressors, power generators, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Supervising and performing inspection, carrying out a range of mechanical tests, analysis, and troubleshooting of machines, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, electrical & mechanical components, and foundations. • Communicating and negotiating work schedule with management, and other supervisors, assuring smooth operation flow in writing as well as word of mouth. • Following and enforcing SOPs as per organization policy. • Managing resources in a fast-paced environment.
