I am, first and foremost, passionate about technology, and have proven my ability to architect a complex solution using the technologies at hand. Many of the solutions with which I have been involved certainly fit the definition of “cutting edge.” Innovative, they nonetheless fill a practical need – and that gives them real value in the marketplace.My expertise lies in growing digital ad technology industry.Along with technical expertise, I also offer business and leadership skills. Technology on its own has little merit; it is in its ability to partner with business that technology gets really interesting. And my approach ensures profitability as I strategize product roadmaps according to market analysis.As CTO of ClearPier, I have led with the premise that although there are multiple methods to achieving the required solution, finding the most cost-effective and secure solution is the challenge that must be met. Along with a remarkable level of tenacity, my inspiration for finding that one solution comes from the words of Albert Einstein, who said, “It is better to believe than to disbelieve; in doing so you bring everything to the realm of possibility.” I am process-driven, and this impacts my leadership. I manage budgets, negotiate services, develop policies and approval processes, monitor expenses – overall I get involved and collaborate with other divisions. My goal?
