I am a regional operations and support services professional with over 10 years of experience supporting complex humanitarian programmes across the Middle East and North Africa. I specialise in building compliant, efficient, and scalable support systems that enable programmes to deliver effectively in both stable and emergency contexts.Currently, I serve as Regional Logistics and Administration Manager with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), where I lead governance, risk management, and internal control systems across logistics, administration, procurement, and support services. A key focus of my work has been designing and deploying digital administrative systems that automate visas, transportation, and accommodation workflows, significantly reducing processing time while handling high operational volumes.Throughout my career, I have held regional and country-level leadership roles, including Head of Support (gap filling) for NRC Libya, Logistics Manager (gap filling) for the Gaza response, and Regional Support Coordinator. These roles required close engagement with senior management, donors, government authorities, UN agencies, and NGO partners, as well as leadership of multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments.I am recognised for being structured, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure, with a strong focus on compliance, value for money, and continuous improvement.
