About Jihyeon An

I have successfully completed Conestoga College's Mechanical Engineering Technology – Design and Analysis (co-op) program in August 2018. I am striving to expand skills and experiences in the industry field before graduation. This will help me to be professional and knowledgeable. As a result of practical training at Conestoga College, I have the ability to create mechanical designs using standard procedures. In particular, I had successfully demonstrated my ability at Cleaver-Brooks of Canada in Stratford and at Innovative Steam Technologies in Cambridge as a co-op student through the school period. I have gained experience creating parts and assemblies as well as analyzing load capacities and dimensions by using mathematical formulas I learned in school. In addition to this, I had studied theories based on mechanical fundamental manufacturing in university. In this capacity, I can combine theories and practices for mechanical designs. To illustrate, I have experience in designing FPCB (Flexible Printed Circuit Board) as well as tools for the manufacturing process by using AutoCAD and CAM350, communicating with clients and managing schedules from full-time employment at SIFLEX, which is an electronics company in South Korea. This experience has allowed me to access the electrical field. During this time, I was trying to do my best at work I was in charge of.My classmates and friends are considering me as a person who feels a very strong responsibility to complete everything assigned to me to the best of my ability.
