Passion-driven, Growth oriented Product Manager with extensive experience across diverse industries in the start-up ecosystem i.e, Mara Group, Nimbuzz, PharmaSecure, KENT, and now Biz2Credit for driving growth and product adoption across diverse verticals. Other than playing a part in driving the growth of the organization and increasing revenue through new client acquisition, I have headed/implemented major projects, met tight deadlines, provided continuous support, built relationships with key stakeholders and business partners, improved processes. I specialize in managing the entire Product Lifecycle right from the initial research and discovery phase to delivering the best-optimized solutions to ensure end-consumer satisfaction. I have extensive experience in creating roadmaps, defining feature lists, prototyping, managing product backlog, defining Epic and User Stories, Sprint Planning, team grooming sessions, UATs, releases, and retrospective meetings. I have worked together with the Marketing and Sales team to create product marketing materials and digital collaterals, giving product demo to prospective clients, tackling queries, and product optimization as per client requirements. I've always been an avid reader and have always been curious. I love exploring the why and how of every phenomenon disrupting the market and contemplating how it can be taken to a next level. This helps me drive my passion for Product Management. I am a go-getter and those who have worked with me can vouch for that. I tend to never back down. Getting the job done has always been my main motto powered with an unstoppable personal drive and an unmatched work ethic. As a first principle thinker, I believe in the concept of collective conscience – which is the set of beliefs and values that a society or nation holds which binds it together. I believe in being a leader with a sense of what could be achieved when we take care of the people on our left and right.
