Jilan has over 9 years of professional experience in Construction Project Management serving large scale infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial projects in UAE and India. In her role as a Consultant in Major Projects Advisory at KPMG Lower Gulf, she gained experience in Construction Contract Audits, Compliance Reviews, Project Performance Reviews, Development of Policies and Procedures covering functions such as Procurement, Contract Administration, Governance, Scope Management, Schedule and Budget Management, and Reporting. During her tenure of over 4 years at Shapoorji Pallonji Engineering and Construction, she had the opportunity to learn, grow and gain insights in Project Control, Project Coordination, Project Estimation, Contract Administration, Procurement and Scope Management. She has received three gold medals and also received awards for academic excellence and for distinguished student.
