About Jill A. Yaider

I have over a decade of healthcare experience including administrative, clinical, pre-hospital, and IT. My passion is healthcare analytics. This led me to become a Certified Epic Analyst. I spent five years teaching Epic as a direct hire and consultant. I worked as a build analyst for am a Cadence and Referrals and Authorizations. But realized my passions lie in teaching so I moved to the training team. I am ready to move forward into a more challenging role. I am not sure where exactly the road will take me but I am excited to find out! Currently I am working on a Masters in Healthcare Informatics at Grand Canyon University. Now, with the formalities out of the way… To say I have a passion for healthcare data and analytics is a drastic understatement. Anyone can train someone to click here, type this, or do that. But it takes a special skill set to truly impart knowledge on someone AND make a difference. How do I make that difference? I strive to educate end users WHY.
