About Jill Benes

Jill grew up in Southern California and attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco where she majored in Computer Arts. Prior to working for RealWealth, Jill spent over 10 years in Administrative & Tech roles within the Energy and Engineering fields, mainly in the Financial District of San Francisco supporting high-level executives. She escaped corporate America in 2013 and never looked back. She bought her first residential property in her second in 2001, and her primary residence in 2018. She has plans to continue building her real estate portfolio through passive real estate investments. As Jill is passionate about helping people and animals, she keeps herself busy working as a dog sitter and volunteering her time at Viva Rescue working with goats, sheep, horses and chickens. Jill is also a Usui Reiki master and gives reiki treatments to animals and humans in need free of charge. In her free time she enjoys gardening, stargazing and taking trips to the beach with her dog Daisy. Jill has been working with RealWealth for over a decade, editing two of the top 10 rated podcasts in the field of real estate investing, the Real Wealth Show and Real Estate News for Investors hosted by Kathy Fettke. She loves working from home and never plans to return to cubicle life.
