About Jill Brown

My passion and life’s work has been developing systems based on human behavior. I am an experienced executive with strengths that include an innate ability to connect, listen, encourage, and support others. I have extensive experience working with leaders in all industries and a passion to help them solve their problems, uncover their strengths and weaknesses and develop systems that will allow for personal growth and success in whatever goals an individual aims to accomplish. Through years of research, working with experts, and practical experience, I led my company in developing and marketing an Emotional, Social, Psychological and Physical Wellness framework and a Mental Health and Wellness framework that can be adopted by any individual or leader. I am a champion for people with disabilities, learning differences, ADHD, emotional issues, LGBT, as well as cultural and language barriers. I have strong communication and listening skills, I am extremely creative and am highly skilled in needs assessment development, developing strategies, and providing ongoing support for both US and international individuals. I have extensive experience in working with individuals from all economic, cultural, and educational backgrounds. My strategies are creative, leveraging traditional and non-traditional methodologies. My degree in business specializes in organizational behavior and business management. My practice and ongoing experience in both the business world and the education sector has allowed me to become one of the most sought-after speakers and trainers in the field of Social and Emotional Intelligence and Mental and Emotional Wellness for 21st Century Leadership.
