I have proven success to develop future leaders, using creative means to prepare others for leadership roles and relaunched one site program where 6 individuals gained promotion within one year. I'm currently a Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo in employee initiatives, taking employee ideas and feedback to improve processes and experiences for both employees and customers. Until January 2023, I was a team manager at Wells Fargo in our small business banking department. In this role I oversaw a team of 20 employees providing high quality customer service in a professional, helpful, friendly and human manner. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we became specialists on assisting customers to complete new applications and apply for forgiveness. Before working in our Small Business Banking Center, I led highly successful consumer sales teams, specializing in consumer lending product applications. Overall, I was named a top supervisor to national Sales & Service conferences 3 times. I graduated from the University of Connecticut and am always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers, or anyone else I have met in life. Go Huskies!
