I am a Risk & Controls Director at Mercer. In this role I manage a team of nine people responsible for risk analysis, entitlements management, control enhancements and audit administration. Before joining Mercer my roles focused on process improvement and project management. It is rewarding to leverage my strong project management skills and six sigma training to implement improved processes and controls to address risk. Skilled in Data Privacy, Entitlement Management, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Analytical Skills, Project Management and Business Process Improvement. Strong controls professional with a B.A. focused in Finance, Economics from Northwestern College. I am always eager to connect with colleagues and friends.
