About Jill Cranfill

Professionally, I have been actively engaged in the care of hospice patients in the Lafayette area for over 10 years. My experiences as a hospice RN have ranged from that of case manager to being admissions RN. I have functioned as an unofficial assistant to my D.O.N, providing staff support/assignments/patient triage in her absence, as well as assisting in chart audits, quality assurance, inservices, and assisting in education (hospice focused )of hospital and nursing home staff and case managers. I am familiar with Medicaid/ Medicare hospice guidlines. I have become comfortable with, and familiar with, collaborating with physicians, social workers, nursing staff, and administrators in local facilities. My experience, my compassion, and my desire to continue to grow professionally, all lead me to interest in your position as RN MANAGER with the CARPENTER HOUSE.
