About Jill Duncan

I'm a simple southern girl from Wylliesburg VA, married with two grown children and five wonderful grandchildren - so far. While accompanying my husband during his military career, I enjoyed my Civil Service career with the U.S. Army. We returned to VA in 1992 and I immediately began a new career with Cardinal Homes, Inc - right in my hometown! Starting out as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, I rapidly progressed to the position of H/R Director. From there I moved through the positions of Project Manager, Improvement/Innovation Manager and into the Product/QA Manger position. It's been my pleasure and honor to work for this local company and have the opportunity to give back to the community that nurtured me during my upbringing. I currently work with Weight Watchers as a Leader & Location Coordinator - another great opportunity to positively affect the lives of others! I've been blessed with the opportunity to work with the local chapters of the United Way, American Red Cross, and Emergency Food & Shelter Board as Member, Director & Officer.
