About Jill Feldman

I am a Westat Principal Research Scientist with demonstrated success leading large federally-funded research projects, including investigations employing randomized control trials and rigorous quasi-experimental designs. I have over 25 years of professional experience, including expertise in quantitative methods, instrument development, and developmental psychology. I received my bachelor of business administration and French from Rutgers College, an American Montessori Society early childhood credential from Chestnut Hill College, and master's and doctorate degrees in educational psychology from Temple University. In addition to the other professional experiences listed on my profile, I also serve or have served in the following roles: proposal review panelist for the American Association of Museums (2009); president, co-president, program chair, and board member for the Eastern Evaluation and and Research Society (2011, 2009, 2008-2009, and 2006-2012, respectively); proposal review panelist for the National Science Foundation (2009-present); proposal review committee member for the American Education Research Association (2009-2010, 2004-2005); program co-chair for the American Women in Psychology 2004 International Conference (2003-2004); and proposal review committee member for the American Women in Psychology 2003 International Conference (2002-2003).
