Seasoned consultant currently providing organizational change and project support at multiple global energy companies that provide oil and gas exploration, production, transportation, and marketing services. Responsible for managing and delivering with a team that executes internal communications, defines project change strategies across the IT portfolio, develops campaign and training curriculums, assists with end user design experience and process documentation, and executes organizational change activities across the business. Previously, Jill was a manager for fourteen years in KPMG’s Management Consulting practice specializing in the analysis, design and implementation of efficient and controlled processes, including the alignment of technology within those processes. She has years of experience delivering and serving as a project lead on advisory engagements including a variety of transformation projects covering process and system improvement and design, technology selection and implementation, change management and project and portfolio management activities. Jill has experience across a variety of industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, utilities, airlines, insurance, real estate, transaction services, and manufacturing. Jill has participated in numerous aspects of advisory services including: finance lifecycle design, procurement transformation and organizational design, development of training and communications, master data management, contract management, development of technology roadmaps, technology vendor selections and systems implementations. She has run PMO offices and served as a project manager across multiple engagements, She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
