Abraham LincolnBorn and raised in Ireland, I started my career in hospitality working with some incredible people and gaining experience that enabled me to travel the world. Seeking adventure, I moved to Australia and met my husband and transitioned to the world of recruitment and search. Working with specialist firms I spent the first chapter of my career working with the best Corporate Affairs, Marketing, and HR leaders in Melbourne, Sydney and Asia. I led teams of consultants specialising in permanent and interim appointments. This experience taught me so much about the business world and I soon fell in love with the recruitment search industry.In 2014 my husband opened our first restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula, The Winey Cow. What was initially going to be a short break in my career, to bring this dream to life, ended up being an eight year adventure. We built three restaurants in three years and soon were operating a $10M business group and employing over 80 staff. We own and operate The Winey Cow in Mornington VIC and The Winey Cow Main Beach QLD. I continue to lead and oversee the brand development for both of our hospitality venues and we have won six awards in ten years.Combining my business experience, search and leadership skills, I returned to the industry in 2021 to lead the executive search practice in Melbourne at Sharp & Carter before relocating to Queensland. There I built the marketing and corporate affairs practice in Brisbane. This experience led to my newest and most exciting venture of my career, my own search consultancy - Fraxim Search. Combining over 25 years' experience leading businesses and teams I am proud to run my own search business specialising in reputation and customer experts - I place Corporate Affairs and Marketing Leaders with businesses in Australia.
