I analyzed personnel and payroll data to guide our agency to proper compensation rates. I designed spreadsheets, charts and variance reports to advise the CEO and the Board on business trends and budget anomalies. I supervised A/P and A/R. I was responsible for the general ledger transactions and reconcilations. I supervised biweekly in house payroll, I-9 documentation, sales tax reporting and 941 quarterly reportings. I created W-2, 1099s, and I validated Everify and drug testing results. For three years I was a Business Consultant. In this position I collaborated with the sales team to analyze a prospective clients pain points. After signing a client I was the liaison with the client and developer to deliver a software solution designed to ease those pains. Next I implemented the project plan and trained all the users. Finally I created the documentation to the client. I am skilled at Excel, Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics and eEnterprise Software, Microsoft and Siebel CRM packages, and Horizons Light Manufacturing.
