About Jill Kidd

Jill Kidd is a seasoned, ICF-Professional Certified Coach with a passion for helping professionals realize their true potential. As the former North American Head of Coaching Faculty for The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Jill brings more than 20 years experience building high-performing teams and coaching senior leaders and high-potential individuals. An alumna of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and The Hudson Institute of Coaching, Jill uniquely combines a deep understanding of human behavior and business strategy to help professionals unlock their full potential. Jill works in partnership with each client, using a proven methodology to help individuals master the mindset and habits they need to become successful leaders within their organizations. Working from the belief that every client is resourceful, capable and whole, Jill helps her clients cut through ambiguity to identify the root causes of behavior and other obstacles in the way of growth, and to design and execute learning experiments until their coaching goals are achieved. Jill supports individuals and teams with an array of professional goals, including career and transition planning, defining leadership styles, building confidence, honing communication skills, adopting sustainable work practices, and leading inclusive and high-performing teams.
