About Jill Kipper

I am a Ways of Working Consultant at Bayer, with over 14 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and change management. I have a Change Advanced Program certificate from Hult Ashridge, and I am proficient in applying agile methods and new ways of working practices as an advanced coach. I lead a cross-divisional initiative to build and implement the One Bayer new ways of working approach, which aims to equip the organization with agile mindsets and practices that foster a culture of speed, empowerment, and performance. I also spearhead several end-to-end change management projects that involve assessing, identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics and anticipated resistance related to the replacement of legacy systems with modern practices and technologies. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to create empowering learning materials and effectively present new concepts to all levels of the organization. I am passionate about investing in people by advocating and promoting positive work culture centered on diversity, equity, and inclusion. I am also experienced in building strong communities and executing community management to engage over employees as practitioners, coaches, or advanced coaches in new ways of working, and provide them with upskilling concepts. My goal is to enable and empower teams to collaborate and innovate in a multinational and ever-evolving environment.
