As a Managing Director, I lead an exceptional team of property management professionals in the metro Denver market. I am committed to delivering excellent service with the oversight of all operational aspects and management of 13.5 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, residential and mixed use properties. Overall responsibilities and strategic objectives include maximizing the performance of the assets, driving value for our clients, mitigating risk, and enhancing the tenant experience. During my career with JLL, I have also played a role in JLL’s national operations platform by leading the Excellence Committee. This is a strategic team of high level property managers that focus on innovation, compliance, sustainability, technology, and the implementation of new products to enhance both client and tenant satisfaction. With our expertise, collaboration and relationship based approach to management, we strive to exceed expectations of our commercial real estate clients. This culture has resulted in exceptional customer satisfaction with positive impacts on the overall success of my portfolio.
