Currently working for the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, to support the development and management of the online surveillance programme. Previously worked in the Wellness Global NPD team in Oriflame Cosmetics R&D, responsible for regulatory NPD activities including formulation and label compliance, claims review and compliance, and global product registration of the nutritional product portfolio in over 50 markets. In 2022, completed a Master's of Science at the University of Ulster in Food and Nutrition (award: distinction), to broaden my knowledge and expertise in the key aspects of food and nutritional science in the context of regulatory affairs policy and legislation. Research project: Investigating the association of material selenium status and child neurodevelopmental outcomes in the Seychelles Child Development Cohort NC2.
