I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience in counseling, clinical supervision, and quality oversight across a range of behavioral health settings. My background includes trauma-informed care, EMDR, and evidence-based treatment for complex issues including PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and attachment trauma. In addition to my clinical work, I specialize in Medi-Cal compliance, telehealth operations, and systems-level quality improvement. I’ve led internal audits, supported successful county and state reviews, developed onboarding and training programs, and provided strategic supervision to growing teams. Whether I’m working with clients, training clinicians, or aligning documentation systems, I bring a relational, organized, and mission-driven approach to everything I do.
