About Jill Preissner

I am excited to be part of the Coldwell Banker, The Real Estate Group, family. I have a background in management of higher education, human resources, sales and communications. Through experiencing positions at Lakeland University as well as Lakeshore Technical College I have been able to connect with many in the Manitowoc and Sheboygan Areas. Working with people of all different walks of life has helped me build a solid foundation of meeting and exceeding clients needs. I intend to continue those qualities in working with clients who I will be serving to find or help sell their home. I am happy to serve the Kiel, New Holstein, Howards Grove, Plymouth, Sheboygan, Manitowoc areas. I pride myself on my ability to truly listen to my clients' needs and connect them with opportunities that best match those needs. Additionally, I maintain an open-door policy and return phone calls and email promptly to ensure responsive, transparent, and personal service. I look forward to helping you find your next business location, property to build on or your DREAM home!
