Dedicated, skilled, and passionate Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) with master's degrees in Public Administration & Security Studies and 22 years of experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments with diverse stakeholders in a team-oriented functional organizational structure to maximize efficiency. I support a comprehensive, creative, strategic, data-driven approach to emergency management and resilience work rooted in critical thinking that takes stock of the most pressing risks, not just those we have the strongest emotional attachment to or familiarity with.
