I am a business leader curious in all things "life long learning". I have a passion for my work and the people involved in my life. I love to connect, find like minded people to work alongside, and help others with their goals personally and professionally - from what next great book they should read, or what educational options in leadership development will help them with their career. As the Assistant Dean of External Relations & Strategic Partnerships at Belmont University, I focus on strategic alliances for the Jack C. Massey College of Business and creating lasting relationships between the Middle TN community and the college. Leading the Executive Learning Networks leadership development program for the past 15 years I have the privilege to hear from Middle Tennessee executives about their personal leadership development and their goals for employee engagement, then serve those needs through bringing national thought leaders to Massey's premier executive learning program. I have a gusto for life in all I do, and enjoy encouraging others to be their authentic self.
