As a highly inspiring global operations leader within the Oil and Gas industry, I drive organizational effectiveness by launching and sustaining a safe production work process throughout all production facilities. I also leverage robust communication tools to allow seamless interaction and alignment among various lines of business, boost production by leading successful audits, and utilize high-quality business tools and data to gain business value. Furthermore, I am an expert in contract management, project leadership, acquisitions, and divestitures. A few other notable accomplishments during my tenure at Shell PLC of which I am incredibly proud include: • Upholding above-average performance during the global pandemic by leveraging resources located globally to transition all assurance programs to virtual practices. • Driving safety and boosting process safety awareness and adherence by researching major industry incidents to efficiently map Shell’s production process requirements and by leveraging data to establish operational consensus among individuals. • Influencing control frameworks and production processes, maximizing process safety, and defining cumulative risk after being chosen by executive leadership to provide strategic input as a key member of several committees and incident investigations, due to impactful leadership and production subject matter expertise.
