Through my years as a professional writer and editor for diverse publications and clients, I’ve learned and written about many subjects and created numerous kinds of print and digital products. Across them all, one unifying element has been finding the story in each subject that affects and, in some cases, elevates and encourages readers. Whether I’m writing news stories, creating marketing or social media content or even executive missives, I’ve learned that what makes content effective is creating an experience for the audience or reader—and writing is best with solid editing and copy editing.
