Running a web design and internet marketing agency is NEVER BORING. But LinkedIn Profiles sometimes are. So I'd like to lead with some fun: Fun fact: I've been working on websites SINCE I WAS 12.(Dad was a web designer) I've been working with small businesses a LONG time for my relatively short life (elder millenial)-' • Sometimes the little guy/gal is 10x more impressive than the rich guy/gal. • Sometimes the rich guy/gal is more down to earth than anyone. • Sometimes the shy person is awesome at sales. • Sometimes the outgoing person struggles to brag about themselves in their marketing. Every one of my clients is unique in their own right. Many have the same titles as their peers, but no one business does things quite the same way - and it's my mission to help each and every one of them differentiate themselves online.'. • They appreciate honest communication. • They want to work with someone who takes the time to learn about their business. • They want to work with someone who cares as much about their goals as they do. • They don't want someone who upsells for the sake of a sale? I'm not looking for MORE clients. I'm looking for GOOD clients. I'd rather talk to three people who are good fit than 30 people that just don't click. Luckily, I have relationships with a ton of awesome local web designers who I can refer to people who don't click well with what we offer. So what does a good client look like to Lattice Marketing? From September through March, I love to work with the home service trades. It's the perfect time of year for my team and I to prep a web presence ahead of the Spring and Summer rush. From the one-crew outfit to the multi-truck operation. We love to work with electricians, plumbers, tree services, paving companies, septic companies, pest control services, HVAC companies etc. of any size. March through August, the home service trades guys are simply too busy to get on the phone in many cases, so we love to onboard new clients from the professional and specialty medical professions during the warmer months. Those include consultants, CPAs, attorneys, realtors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, massage therapists, etc.
