About Jillian Dostis

My name is Jillian Dostis and I am a driven, detail - oriented individual with a passion for both leadership and teamwork. I have a diverse skill set in training, management, and customer service, and I take pride in providing work that is completed thoroughly, efficiently, and with care. My love for leadership developed as I succeeded in various leadership roles at my previous company, where I worked for 4 years as an employee, store trainer, and shift lead. My passion for teamwork grew initially from pursuing dance as a child, and has since developed further through my work in many team dynamics, including work forces, dance team, and other leadership teams. In the spring of 2024, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from California State University San Marcos, and have since begun a new role working as a Project Engineer at West Coast Firestopping, Inc. Being in the construction industry, I am able to apply many of my strengths to my work, while also challenging myself to rise to greater heights. With strong adaptability, communication, and time management skills, I am confident that I will be able to grow in my role as a Project Engineer, and I am excited to see what sorts of challenges and opportunities are presented through this industry.
