Specialties: FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY: Since 2008, I have been in the F&B Industry as a Certified Sommelier and then as an Advanced Sommelier Candidate with the Master Court of Sommeliers since 2011 with further enhancing my education and experience everyday. From starting in a wine bar, to moving on to wholesale sales, to specializing in Events and Education. I have since earned my CWAS, FWS, HBSC, with already completing classes for my CSW. Managed and coordinated events for the Tasting Room for a venue on Treasure Island, SF (Sol Rouge). With specialties of being a Champagne Sabreuse, Event Educator, Wine & Food Pairing Specialist, these are my passions. Assisting people with their events & private parties. Even a special dinner party I am here to help you with. I joined Keller Williams Realty, Danville, CA in April of 2010. Didn't really do much with it, just hung my license there really since I had just left Mtg. Knowing the ins and outs of every aspect of running a Mortgage Banking Operation, from Origination to Shipping to Post closing issues, if there are ever any. Commercial Lending: Mortgage EVP for Commercial Mortgage Banking Corp, 1984 Construction Lending: Over 1800 Units in the bay Area from ground breaking to the NOC's. Government Lending: Exp. in both Origination and Underwriting VA and FHA Loans.
