I specialize in how communities can create resilient, equitable communities while tackling climate change and ensuring economic opportunities. With over a decade of experience, I bring a dynamic, creative, and forward-thinking perspective to developing strategies, programs, and policies that shape a more sustainable and just world. My current work focuses on equitable building decarbonization, home energy retrofits, and how to build grassroots power in the US for transformative change. At the core of my practice is thoughtful, nuanced approaches that connect global, urgent issues with the daily realities of people, especially those on the frontlines of climate change. I thrive at the intersection of sectors, such as cities, climate, and sustainable development, with a focus on facilitating evidence-based research to action on-the-ground. I have deep experience with policy analysis, project management, communications for powerbuilding, and visual/digital design strategy. I also have experience teaching, coaching, and working with a range of ages. I thrive with creativity and interpersonal communication, and in team-based work environments.
